Every year, ESPA calls for interest from national societies or departments of anaesthesiology for organizing and hosting the Annual Congress of the European Society for Paediatric Anaesthesiology.

The call for expression of interest and further bidding requirements are usually posted on our website during July. The ESPA Executive Board makes the decision for the forthcoming venue two years in advance.

In the past years, the Annual Congress of ESPA has been generally held in the second or third week of September for a duration of three days. The Congress always anticipates about 400 and more participants.
