Posters will be displayed during the whole meeting. Posters will be organized in the Poster Area according to numbers.

Posters should be set up in the Poster Area from 8:00 on Thursday, 19 September 2019 and must be removed by 14:30 on Saturday, 21 September 2019 at the latest. Those posters which will remain in the Poster Area after its closing will not be kept.

Poster walks will be on Thursday, 19 September 2019, 15:00–16:30 and on Friday, 20 September 2019, 15:30–16:45.

Size of poster

The maximum size of a poster is 97 cm (38.1 inches) in width and 147 cm (57.8 inches) in high. The text and illustrations should be readable from a distance of 2 meters.

Fixing material will be available in the Posters Area.
