On behalf of the Congress Organizers we would like to thank you for registering for the upcoming 10th European Congress on Paediatric Anaesthesia which will be held on September 6^th – 8^th, 2018 at the Le Plaza Hotel in Brussels, Belgium.

As the Congress is drawing near we would like to provide you with some important information.

CONGRESS VENUE

Address: Boulevard Adolphe Max 118-126, 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Located in the centre of Brussels, 5 minutes away from the famous Grand Place, Le Plaza Hotel is just next to “Rue Neuve” shopping street and its large shopping mall of the city center, just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions of Brussels.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

How to get there from the airport

Brussels airport is 30 minutes from the hotel. You can reach the hotel by taxi (about 20 minutes) or take the train. The airport train station is located below the terminal (basement level -1). Up to 4 trains per hour connect the airport to Brussels North station.

From there you can walk and take the rue du Progrès and head towards the place Rogier. Go straight ahead until you reach the Le Plaza hotel, on the right side of the boulevard. You may also use metro or tram. Take the line 3 or 4, direction Churchill or Stalle, to the Rogier station.

If interested in signing up to a workshop, please log in to your profile HERE (using the password which had been sent to your email upon submitting your personal data) and click the button Workshops in the forms’ menu. The number of workshop participants is limited.

EVALUATION FORMS AND CERTIFICATES

For the Evaluation Form please download the mobile application ESPA 2018. You are kindly requested to fill out the on-line evaluation form available in the mobile application. It is also a requirement of accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Participants who submitted the evaluation form will receive the Certificate of Attendance via e-mail after the Congress.

Price:    99 EUR, admission with tickets only

Last tickets can be purchased at the registration desk on 06.09.2018 (Thursday by 15p.m.).

Other Information

Language

English is the official language of the Congress. All Congress materials and presentations must be in English.

Refreshment

Coffee breaks between the sessions will be served to all delegates wearing their name badge at the exhibition area.

Lunch is provided on Thursday and Friday, it will be served before the Industry-sponsored symposium near the Theatre Meeting Room.

Free Wi-Fi internet is available on the congress floor.
