🗓️ Key Dates:

• October 15th, 2025: Deadline for nominations
• November 5th–15th, 2025: Electronic voting period
• February/March 2026: Inauguration of the new ESPA Executive Board at the (virtual) General Assembly

Every active ESPA member (see The Statutes) is eligible to nominate themselves by sending the following to Past-President Jurgen de Graaff at info@euroespa.com:

• A motivation letter (max. 1 page)
• A headshot
• A curriculum vitae (max. 5 pages)

The list of candidates will be published on November 5th, 2025, on the ESPA website. Each active member will receive a unique voting code and voting instructions by email before the election.

This is an excellent opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and direction of ESPA. We strongly encourage all interested members to apply and help shape the future of our Society.
