Dear ESPA members,
As the Chair of the ESPA Election Committee and on behalf of the Executive Board, I cordially invite all active ESPA members to participate to the election of the new members of the Executive Board of the European Society for Paediatric Anaesthesiology.
There are 9 vacancies for the Executive Board.
The call for nominations resulted in 10 candidates standing for election as members of the Executive Board. Four are current members of the Executive Board who apply for a further term, four were nominated by the Executive Board and two were nominated by active members of the Society. As foreseen in the new statutes, the Executive Board will elect its officers (President-elect, treasurer, Secretary) among the members of the new Executive Board. All the new members of the Executive Board will take office in October 2020. The current President, Laszlo Vutskits, will remain in office until September 2021.
Voting takes will take placeelectronically. Every ACTIVE member shall receive a unique voting code by e-mail on September 25th 2020. You will receive the voting rules at the same time.
Voting starts at noon (12:00 pm CET) on Friday, September 25th, 2020 and closes at noon (12:00 pm CET) on Friday, October 2nd, 2020. You shall be informed of the results of the elections shortly after voting closes.
