DESCRIPTION:Principles of Pediatric Anesthesia and Critical Care is designed for the anesthesiologist and certified registered nurse anesthetist who takes care of pediatric patients in the perioperative setting. The growth and sub-specialization of pediatric anesthesia has identified specific areas that are unique when compared to the general practice of anesthesia. This course will aim to identify the differences between current and optimal care and provide recommendations and workshops to help participants learn to manage these issues in their practice.
