ESPA was present at the award ceremony, underscoring the society\u2019s commitment to supporting initiatives that enhance education and professional development in paediatric anaesthesia. Within the InPlane project, ESPA\u2019s involvement is led by <strong>Nadia Najafi<\/strong>, ESPA Executive Board representative, reflecting the society\u2019s active engagement in this collaborative initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mal Morgan Educator of the Year Award, named after Dr. Maldwyn (Mal) Morgan, former President of the Association of Anaesthetists (1998\u20132000), honours exceptional contributions to education and training, research, and public education in anaesthesia.
