As Chair of the ESPA Election Committee, and on behalf of the Executive Board, I\u2019m delighted to invite you to take part in the upcoming ESPA Executive Board elections.
During the nomination period, we received eight new applications and five renewal requests. With nine vacancies to be filled, we invite you to vote for at least one and up to nine candidates who you believe will help shape the future of ESPA.
The list of candidates will be available on the ESPA website from Monday, December 1, 2025, on the election subpage.
Voting will take place online for your convenience.

The election will open on Monday, November 10, at 20:00 CET<\/strong> and close on Thursday, November 20, at 20:00 CET<\/strong>. The deadline has been extended till Friday, November 21, at 12:00 CET<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Only active (paid) Ordinary ESPA Members 2025<\/strong> are eligible to vote. For the definition of an Ordinary Member, please refer to the ESPA Statutes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To access the Election platform, please click HERE<\/a><\/strong>, and the system will redirect you to the login page where candidates can be viewed. The same credentials (username = your email)<\/strong> used for membership payment apply. Active (paid) membership status is automatically verified through the gMem database.
