Posters will be organized in the <strong>Poster Area<\/strong> according to numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posters should be <strong>set up<\/strong> in the Poster Area <strong>from 8:00 on Thursday, 19 September 2019<\/strong> and must be <strong>removed by 14:30 on Saturday, 21 September 2019<\/strong> at the latest. Those posters which will remain in the Poster Area after its closing will not be kept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Poster walks<\/strong> will be on <strong>Thursday, 19 September 2019, 15:00\u201316:30<\/strong> and on <strong>Friday, 20 September 2019, 15:30\u201316:45.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"block-heading\">Size of poster<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum size of a&nbsp;poster is 97 cm (38.1 inches) in width and 147 cm (57.8 inches) in high.
