Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be issued to people who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors from non-EU countries<\/strong> must possess a passport valid for at least three months longer<\/strong> than the planned date of departure from Netherlands. Tourist visa is not required for stays under 90 days. Please note that the visa application process can take up to 6 weeks. <\/b>Therefore, the participants requiring visa should apply immediately to the consular office or Netherlands Embassy in their home country in order to avoid any inconvenience.<\/p>\n\n\n

Whether you can enter the Netherlands without a visa depends on your nationality. If your country is not on the list of countries whose nationals require a visa<\/a>, you can enter the Netherlands and the Schengen Area<\/a> without one.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The Congress Secretariat assists delegates by processing the official invitations on request. These letters do not commit the Local Organiser to any financial obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Official invitation by Congress Organiser \u2013 required information:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Your full name<\/li>
  • Date of birth<\/li>
  • Place of birth<\/li>
  • Country of citizenship (country which issued your passport)<\/li>
  • Passport number<\/li>
  • Date of expiry of your passport<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Conditions for the issuance of the invitation letter by the Congress Organiser are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Payment of registration fee<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      The invitation letter will be sent to your email as a PDF file upon providing all the required information. However, should the embassy require an original invitation letter, we can deliver it by two following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Regular post<\/strong> \u2013 free of charge, however the delivery cannot be guaranteed as there is no way to track the delivery. The organisers shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in delivery.<\/li>
      2. Express delivery service (FedEx, DHL)<\/strong> \u2013 the fee shall be covered by the participant in advance, together with the congress fee. The express delivery fee is 30 \u2013 60 EUR, depending on country of delivery. The organiser strongly recommends using the latter as it is faster and enables the delivery to be tracked (using a tracking number).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        The invitation letter should be presented at the Belgian embassy in your country in order to receive Visa for the Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
