There is NO reduction for any other country either within or outside Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Trainee<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to benefit from the trainee fee, the trainee must be a&nbsp;member of ESPA and is required to upload their certificate of training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Registration fees include 21&nbsp;% VAT.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied. <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>The registration fee includes: <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"block-list\"><li>Entrance to Scientific Sessions and Exhibition<\/li><li>Congress materials<\/li><li>Refreshment \u2013&nbsp;Coffee Breaks, Lunch<\/li><li>Welcome Cocktail on 19th September 2019<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>HOW TO REGISTER<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To register for the Congress, please fill in the on-line <b><u><a href=\"https:\/\/secure.guarant.cz\/espa2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Registration Form<\/a>&nbsp;.<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue with registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process, you will receive a&nbsp;password and automatically generated summary to your email address. Your password is the same for all on-line forms (registration, accommodation and workshops).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a&nbsp;confirmation from the Congress Secretariat within three working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>For group registration<\/b> (more than 10 participants), please contact the Congress Secretariat at email address <a href=\"mailto:congress@euroespa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>congress@euroespa.com<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>1. Credit or Debit Card<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For credit or debit card payments, please use the <b>On-line Payment System<\/b>. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit\/debit cards:&nbsp;<b>MasterCard\/Eurocard<\/b>, <b>Visa<\/b> and <b>Diners Club<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>2. Bank Transfer<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank details including the <b>10-digit variable<\/b> symbol will be sent to you within three working days after the submission of the registration form. <b>Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified<\/b> and the registration will not be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by <b>5<sup>th<\/sup> September 2019 only<\/b>. After this date, only payments by credit\/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (<a href=\"mailto:congress@euroespa.com\">congress@euroespa.com<\/a>) or fax (+420&nbsp;284&nbsp;001&nbsp;448) in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"table-wrapper\">\n<table class=\"block-table\"><tbody><tr><td>\n<p><b>Cancellations received<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td><td>\n<p><b>Refund<\/b><\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<p>before 11<sup>th<\/sup> July 2019:<\/p>\n<\/td><td>\n<p>full&nbsp;refund&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;registration&nbsp;fee,&nbsp;handling fee of 30 EUR will be deducted<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<p>12<sup>th<\/sup> July \u2013&nbsp;5<sup>th<\/sup> August 2019:<\/p>\n<\/td><td>\n<p>50&nbsp;% of the registration fee<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n<p>from 6<sup>th<\/sup> August 2019:<\/p>\n<\/td><td>\n<p>no refund<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>If a&nbsp;change or cancellation made by a&nbsp;participant in registration or accommodation results in a&nbsp;refund, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a&nbsp;30 EUR handling fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Name change<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a&nbsp;colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Congress Secretariat. A&nbsp;handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after 6<sup>th<\/sup> August 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>VISA REQUIREMENTS <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.
