GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Congress Secretariat) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the 11th European Congress for Paediatric Anaesthesilogy and will handle all related arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GUARANT International strongly advises all not to work with any unauthorized vendors\/companies who may offer you hotel reservation services by phone \/ e-mail with “discounted congress rates” and try to obtain your personal data including credit card details.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast and 9% VAT. Should VAT change before the beginning of the Congress, the Congress Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate.

Please note that price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Group reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Group bookings cannot be made online as different terms and conditions apply. For further information, up to date availability and reservation, please contact the Congress Secretariat at congress@euroespa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the On-line Accommodation Form<\/strong> <\/a>within the on-line registration form. Your password is the same for both on-line forms.
Reservations will be processed on a \u201cfirst-come, first-served\u201d basis. We recommend booking your accommodation by May 15, 2019<\/strong>, after this date room availability cannot be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation.<\/strong> After the full payment has been received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail. The full payment must be received on or before a payment due date, otherwise the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing at congress@euroespa.com<\/b><\/a>. Do not contact the hotel directly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a hotel reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n

In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12 PM of the day following the date of the expected arrival; after that the room will be released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Methods of payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Accommodation expenses must be paid in EUR in one of the following methods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Credit card<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For payments by credit card please use the On-line Payment System.<\/b> The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard\/Eurocard<\/b>, Visa<\/b> and Diners Club<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Bank transfer<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The bank details including the 10-digit payment identifier<\/b> will be sent to a participant within three working days after the submission of the accommodation form. <\/b>Please note that payments without this payment identifier will not be identified and the accommodation will not be confirmed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by August 25, 2019<\/b> only. After this date, only payments by credit\/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
