ACCOMMODATION<\/h1>\n

GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Congress Secretariat) has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for the 9th<\/sup> European Congress on Pediatric Anaesthesia (ESPA 2017) and will handle all related arrangements.<\/p>\n

GUARANT International strongly advises all not to work with any unauthorized vendors\/companies who may offer you hotel reservation services by phone \/ e-mail with “discounted congress \u00a0rates” and try to obtain your personal data including credit card details.<\/strong><\/p>\n

All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast and 7% VAT. Should VAT change before the beginning of the Congress, the\u00a0Congress Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate. <\/strong><\/p>\n

How To Make A Hotel Reservation<\/h2>\n

To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the On-line Accommodation Form.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Please note that the On-line Accommodation Form is only accessible with a\u00a0password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you. Your password is the same for all online forms.<\/p>\n

Reservations will be processed on a \u201cfirst come, first-served\u201d basis. Due to heavy demand and the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, please book your accommodation as soon as possible. <\/p>\n

Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservation Confirmation<\/h2>\n

Full pre-payment is required to guarantee the reservation<\/strong>. After the full payment is received, your hotel reservation will be confirmed in writing by e-mail.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Cancellations, Payments, Changes and Refunds<\/h2>\n

Please inform GUARANT International about any amendments or cancellations in writing by e-mail congress@euroespa.com<\/a><\/span> or fax +420 284 001\u00a0448. Telephone amendments will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Date of delivery of your written cancellation to the Congress Secretariat will be considered as the date of cancellation.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Please do not contact the hotel directly for any reservation changes or cancellations. The appropriate refunds will be made after the congress.<\/p>\n

Congress Secretariat will process all reservation requests by September 25, 2017<\/strong> or at the registration desk on site.<\/p>\n

Please note that for any refund we reserve the right to charge 25 GBP handling fee. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Accommodation expenses must be paid in GBP by one of the following methods:<\/p>\n

For payment by credit card please use the On-line Payment System.<\/strong> The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards:\u00a0MasterCard\/Eurocard<\/strong>, Visa<\/strong> and Diners Club<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Bank Transfer<\/h2>\n

The bank details including the 10-digit variable<\/strong> symbol will be sent to a participant within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by September 07, 2017<\/strong>. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the On-line Payment System<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
