The 8th International Symposium on the Pediatric Airway

  • This event has passed.

June 2, 2016 - June 4, 2016

The International Symposium on the Pediatric Airway has been held approximately every four years since 1987. It has attracted participants from the US, Canada, Europe and South America and has become one of the premier venues for an interdisciplinary exchange of information and new ideas about the airway of infants and children. The ISPA was founded by Dr. Lawrence Borland of The Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and for its first five sessions was held primarily at that location. ISPA 6 was hosted by Children’s Hospital Colorado at its new hospital and conference center on the Anschutz Medical Campus of the University of Colorado in June 2011.
For more information, see HERE.
Target audience
The symposium is geared to clinicians of all specialties and disciplines concerned with managing the airway of the pediatric patient, and will be of particular interest to anesthesiologists, otolaryngologists, critical care specialists, pediatric surgeons, pulmonologists, pediatric radiologists and neonatologists.
