The reduced fee is available only to ESPA members form the following countries: Albania, Latvia, Armenia, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Bulgaria, Russian Federation, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Estonia, Slovenia, Georgia, Tajikistan, Hungary, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kosovo, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan. There is NO reduction for any other country either within or outside Europe.
In order to benefit from the trainee fee, the trainee must be a member of ESPA. A training certificate is required. Please send us photocopies of your training via email or via fax (the fax number is +420 284 001 448).
Registration fees includes 20 % VAT.
Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or standard), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
The registration fee includes:
– Attendance at the Scientific Sessions
– Admission to the Exhibition Area
– Congress Bag, Congress Documents, Final Programme
– Coffee Breaks
HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Congress, please fill in the on-line Registration Form.
First please fill in the Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process you will receive a password and automatically generated summary to your email address. Your password is the same for all on-line forms (registration, accommodation).
Upon submitting the Registration Form, you will receive a confirmation from the Congress Secretariat within three working days.
The online registration will be closed from September 22, 2017. You will have the possibility to register on-site at the Congress venue.
For group registration (above 10 participants) please contact the Congress Secretariat at email address firstname.lastname@example.org .
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Registration fees must be paid in GBP by one of the following methods:
- Credit Card
For payment by credit card please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.
- Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be sent to you within three working days after the submission of the registration form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by September, 14th. After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the On-line Payment System.
All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank, if any.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (email@example.com) or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
before July 28, 2017:
full refund of the registration fee less 25 GBP handling fee
From July 29, 2017 to August 27, 2017:
50 % of the registration fee
from August 28, 2017:
If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 25 GBP handling fee.
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat. A handling fee of 25 GBP will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after August 28, 2017.
